Since 1989, Ice By Nice has mastered the art of crafting frozen delights, offering customers a unique flavor experience. To ensure their products remain top-tier in the future, the Ice By Nice team is always evolving, investing, improving, and learning to deliver an unparalleled taste experience.

Folklore partnered with Ice By Nice to develop an engaging campaign aimed at expanding their franchise and staying relevant among gelato competitors in the area.

Solution

We applied our brand archetype framework to identify the brand's personality and tone of voice. We empowered the brand's purple color to stand out at the point of sale and across digital platforms. A new tagline, "Life is Delicious," was created and applied throughout the campaign to bring positive energy, uniting kids, teenagers, and families.

We created motion graphics for each of the products, displaying them both in the shop and on social platforms.

The campaign also featured a promotional monster cup to boost sales.
We engaged with the internal team by first launching to franchise owners, then to their teams, and finally to the public.

Result

The campaign delivered a consistent message, strengthened the franchise, and rejuvenated the brand, making it memorable and increasing customer orders from the shops.
